Cooken Agency

Overview
Role: Account / Creative Planner · 20+ contracts · ~VND 6B/year · Agency · Proposal
In an agency environment, the challenge was not only having ideas but turning fragmented briefs into proposals clear enough for client decisions. I contributed to proposals, presentations, creative direction, quotations, and scope alignment for social, KOL/KOC, livestream, production, and integrated campaigns. In one year, I supported pitching and closing 20+ contracts with a total value of around VND 6B, strengthening my ability to plan and stay close to execution.

The Problem
In an agency environment, the challenge wasn't only having good ideas — it was turning a fragmented brief into a proposal clear enough for the client to decide on.
Clients needed to see the campaign logic, scope of work, cost, timeline, and delivery capability before committing budget.

What I Did
Contributed to proposals, presentations, creative direction, quotations, and scope of work for social, KOL/KOC, livestream, production, and integrated campaign projects.
Coordinated account, creative, production, and the client to turn initial requirements into a plan ready for pitching and execution.
Standardized how problems, solutions, deliverables, and timelines were presented so proposals were easier for decision-makers to read.

Results
Over one year, supported pitching and closing 20+ contracts with a total value of around VND 6B.
Built hands-on experience in proposals, presentations, and client communication before moving deeper into in-house brand marketing.
This case shows portfolio capability in internal persuasion, pitching ideas, and organizing resources for a BM/Marketing Lead role.

What I Learned
A good proposal has to let the client see the business decision, not just the creative idea.
The clearer the presentation language, the less the quoting, scope, and execution process drifts from expectations.
Agency experience helps a brand person understand briefs, manage partners, and defend good ideas more effectively.
